Entry rules
Membership is completely free, but not automatic. Every applicant completes a brief interview.
Requirement 1: You must be Viet kieu or married to a Viet kieu.
Requirement 2: You have lived outside of Vietnam for at least 6 months.
Requirement 3: You must be on or have been on a professional track.
